Chef Mike Holdridge, a graduate of Scottsdale Culinary Institute, has come back to his hometown to bring you an absolutely amazing culinary experience that you could only receive in a metropolitan area. Mike has worked with some of the best chefs in their field at the finest restaurants and resorts in the country. He then expanded his amazing abilities with the desire for more knowledge and studied full time in Italy.
Mike's resume reads like a who's who in the world. While working as the executive chef for a restaurant in Michigan, a customer loved his food so much, he playfully insisted that Mike stop in the middle of service so he could personally compliment him on his food. That customer was Muhammed Ali, and Mike became his personal for over five years and they remain close friends to this day. Mike has also cooked for Oprah Winfrey, Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith, Larry Holmes, Bob Costas, John McCain, Roger Staubach, and the list goes on and on.
Mike has decided to come home and bring his exceptional talents back to San Angelo. He has opened a unique restaurant in a historic downtown landmark. Convenient and accessible, the 20 W. Beauregard location, is not only beautiful inside and out, but also relaxed and cozy. Mike serves a casual but memorable lunch, using only the freshest of ingredients with all soups, dressings, and salsas made from scratch.
