Swension of the American Fellowship of Churches who presides over the California District. Pastor Harrell is a Non-Denominational pastor that provides weddings of all denominational ceremonies. However, Pastor Harrell is under no obligation legally nor spiritually to join same sex couples in civil unions. It is to her discretion rather she officiate these types of ceremonies.
