Is a multifaceted and talented Dance Performance Artist/Choreographer and instructor. Born to parents of European mixed ethniticity. It Explains her fiery passion for the Ethnic dance in any form. Dance has been and will always be her passion in life. A life long dream and journey to be a performer has drove her ambitions to thrive and be the best . she is diligent in exploring, learning and practicing her many dance forms and styles. She has devoted her life to dance. She performs with the true passion and love for the art form. And performs nationwide at many cultural, public events, functions, restaurants and celebration. .. She brings joy to her audience with her allure, grace, charismatic and Vivacious stage presence. With femininity, Fluidity of movement and elegant grace. Desideria is also fluent in many European languages and is knowledgeable in the cultures in which they come from. There fore she has a complete understanding of her ethnic dance styles and does her very best to portray authenticity in any form..
M y name In Arabic: Muna/Mona - Wishes/ Desire
has performed for over two decades since her young adulthood. With her own dance groups, featured theme shows, Latin/rock groups, in music videos. Throughout the Northeastern USA , Puerto Rico, and Venezuela .
As well as performing the authentic and classic styles of dance. She also incorporates those dance cultures with new age alternative styles of musical influences. Her shows are captivating with mystique and sensual allure. Pure Goddess power ! . She performs with fluidity, grace and innovative style.
All her costumes are self designed and/or are imported from Egypt , India and Spain. Original, each one different from the last. Being raised in theatrics she has a knack for being creative, innovative and eclectic. She works with many props and even a snake.
With an earthy and charismic aura filled with passion, warmth , love for the music and dance. With energetic vivacious style. From Her flowing, graceful moves to frenzied passion, are sure to mesmerize one and all.
Desideria's shows are family oriented . She encourages audience participation and offers mini lessons for the ladies in the audience at the end of each performance.
