Carolina Cupcakery specializes in gourmet cupcakes, as well as traditional treats, baked fresh from scratch, using the most natural, wholesome ingredients they can find including; Yoder Dairies sweet-cream butter, fresh flour, sugar, fruits and real extracts. No preservatives or chemicals are used in any of their confections and they offer special needs items, too.
Wedding towers filled with lavishly decorated cupcakes are the bakery's main product, but they are just as likely to cater corporate meetings and children's events, too. Every one likes cupcakes.
The Cupcakery also delivers wholesale-priced cupcakes for businesses that host parties (not for resale) and they host childrens baking classes and parties, themelves.
"We wanted to create a business that makes people happy by providing a healthy and eco-friendly alternative," said Dawn Eskins. "Once we began baking for special needs like gluten and dairy allergies, the business became rewarding to us, personally. There's nothing like the look on someone's face who is used to being deprived. At least once a week a child has his or her very first cupcake, here in the store... lots of joyful tears!"
In addition to cupcakes, scones and kolaches, they also do preordered custom cakes for weddings and every kind of celebration. |
